It exists because it can rather than to offer people something that they might be looking for. Something that cant be described with words but perhaps only summed up. Passion. Escape. Purpose. Depth. Although there are so many bands coming out without songs that touch you and inspire you, Kurts influence lives on. There are bands out there that try to offer that. I believe though that once you scratch the surface there is no going back. That’s why Kurt should be remembered. It’s a shame that all this is still the music INDUSTRY. The Red Partizans	Jan 17 2009 1:47 PM After all the hard work my band ‘Self Esteem’ have been doing the industry is finally starting to take notice of us now we desperately need your help as we’ve been invited to perform a music industry showcase at probably our biggest show ever- O2 ISLINGTON ACADEMY on FRIDAY 13th of February. The event will be filmed with industry scout executives there as well as the music media. Doors open at 7pm. We will take to the stage at 8pm and will perform a half hour set. We really need your help to come down and support us so we can play at our best and impress the scouts by having people cheering for us. Tickets are £7 and you have to be at least 14 to attend.
