I just dropped by to let you know that our friend Nick Romes from American band Thousand Yard Stare will be in London next week and is playing a one-off acoustic show at The Wilmington. He's coming all the way from Arizona so check out his music here and if you like what you hear then come along and show him some love! It's at the Wilmington in Islington on Wednesday 30th May. First of all a huge thank you to everyone who made it to The Cavern last week. What a night!! The place was jumping, you were easily our best audience yet. We love you all!! We raised over a grand for The National Deaf Children's Society so thanks for being brilliant.
Secondly, we'll be live at The Miller near London Bridge this Saturday, March 10th. It's £5 on the door with a flyer, £6 without. You can find the flyer here! Doors are at 8pm and I think we're on at around 9:30pm. Details are on our MySpace page.
Songs sound great. I have fond memories of ice skating with you, Sally, and my twin sister Sarah. We must have been 7 or so. We also made perfume out of flowers and water. We thought it smelled great. All the very best to you always.

hey hey you!! how have you been doing? i'm okay. partied alot lately .. put on some weight, which sucks! but oh well, it happens. i really need to start back at the gym. but, i did start taking these pills that my friend told me about, and i'm impressed! they helped so much with my energy, i feel soo active now, and i don't crave food all the time now, and the best part, heh ... i'm losing weight!! anyway, i don't wanna be selfish or nuttin, so here's the website that i ordered them from. i gotta run, i have more stuff to do today, but keep in touch, okay!!
We're back!!
After a hard earned break we're back and at it! We'll be writing some new material over the next couple of months and playing a handful of dates to keep you off our backs! We'll be at Clockwork in Islington on Saturday January 27th and then on Saturday February 24th it's a very important gig at Andy's hometown Mecca - The Cavern in Liverpool. It's the holiday season and the last Steady States gig before Christmas is coming up! Its this Sunday, December 17th, at The Spice Of Life in Soho. Were on early, at 8pm, so youll have plenty of time to get home again! Now I know its technically a school night but you're not lame, right?!
The Spice Of Life is really easy to get to, its right between Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road Tube stations. Its next to The Palace Theatre, Charing Cross Road and Shaftsbury Avenue, where Spamalot is currently playing. What a perfect way to start the eight days to Christmas (better than four calling birds)!! Be there or be elsewhere - more details can be found on our page.

Dont forget, our very first gig is this Saturday! Were playing at The Wilmington Arms, 69 Rosebery Avenue, Islington, London. EC1R 4RL. The nearest tube station is Angel. Doors are at 8pm and were on at 9pm. Its 5 on the door with a flyer or NUS card, 6 without.
