Casey Desmond (thats me!) has been chosen one of 5 finalist in the WXRV The River Rising Star contest and the winner gets time at the River Music Hall, Airplay, and a gig at Riverfest. The Good News is all you have to do is text the word "Casey" to 42784 on your cell phone and voila!, you've helped me get the votes I need to win.
No registering, no hassel, just one lil' ol text message.
Hey guys! Bentmen is definitely getting airplay tonight. I'm playing "Dance of the Astrozombies" in the 2nd hour of my radio show. Don't forget I host "Rock Around Boston" every Thursday night, 7-9. It's all local Boston music. If you have an HD radio, you can listen at HD 92.9-2 (WBOS-HD2). If you don't have an HD radio, listen online at www.radioyouboston.com.
