WHOA! I just went over and saw what you were talking about. I'm actually quite shocked at the level of hatred and vileness reached on that thread, I couldn't actually read it all the way through, but I'm glad that Erol said something, as that was totally unnecessary.
It's really weird how Caswell totally turned on me, considering two weeks ago, this guy was publicly asking me on the forum to "be his girlfriend". But I guess I'm not surprised. You meet these kind of blokes over and over in the music industry - they'll come on like a dog humping your leg for attention, but the moment they realise that they're not actually going to get anything out of you, they start shouting ten times as loudly what a stuck up evil bitch you are, and they'll try to make out like it's some kind of character flaw in you when it's screamingly obvious that it's sour grapes.
It's kind of too sad to be even worth getting angry over.
Anyway, when you get a flyer, I'll make it my profile pic. Hopefully, it'll be a teenage BOY with all our names written on his chest! ha ha. ;-)
I have no idea what happened on the forum after Tuesday night, I didn't even realise E had got involved anywhere. I was really impressed that he did actually email me to sort things out - like, how many people of his level would actually take the time to respond to some random fan like that? I have a huge amount of respect for him over that.
But that forum was really starting to wind me up, and turn *me* into a negative person, and I don't like being angry and hate filled. I don't need to expose myself to that kind of atmosphere, I have a choice to walk away from it.
We talked quite a bit, and I think we both otherstand where the other one is
coming from. It's a relief to know that yeah, he is *not* like that -
(but also really disappointing to know that so much of his fanbase is
so unlike him.)
