Beretta Jane fuses the blazing guitars of the 80's hairspray heyday with a modern, melodic twist of their own. The result is a unique package that has everyone taking notice. Starting anew in the summer of 2007, the members of Beretta Jane bring a wealth of experience to the table, sharing the stage with the likes of the Foo Fighters, Billy Idol, Counting Crows, LA Guns, Joan Jett, Coldplay, The Strokes and Good Charlotte.
The band's debut EP is a five-song collection drawn off of their diverse influences and real-life experiences. The first single, “Die 4 U”, captured the attention of WIYY (98 Rock- Baltimore) Program Director, Dave Hill and Music Director, Rob Heckman and was immediately placed in regular rotation and quickly became the MOST REQUESTED SONG on the station. “Where I Call Home” is already being labeled by the station’s listeners as a hometown rock anthem.
Recently, Beretta Jane has also licensed their song, “Blacktop Holiday” to Kyle Busch Motorsports for usage on their official website, rowdybusch.com.
Indeed, as their song suggests, these small-town boys are making a whole lot of noise and are poised to show the world how Baltimore does rock-n-roll!
