The artist Bericcus Ricks, to whom many others may know as Bericcus a.k.a The B.C. or to many family members and friends as simply Bericcus Ricks (bur-ree-kiss) at the young age of 20 is one of the dopest lyricists of his time. He grew up on Detroit's East Side... which is not too big on producing rappers on the Detroit hip-hop scene... and to you as well as many others right now, he may be virtually unknown, but with his competitive lyrics and vicious wordplay, he can paint a picture we can all relate to... He proclaims: his lyrics are created by the world and by him himself... he aspires after such visionary artists as Jay-Z, Lupe Fiasco, Kanye West, Lil Wayne and even Joe Budden... at the tender age of 20 he says he's “been through it all and has seen it all,” so he believes he can relate to anybody. At this current moment though he's in college... and is now taking off on the college scene with his newest single "Jumpin the Gun," which is spreading pretty amid amongst his peers as well as other artists. Some may know him for his first single "Shadow of Love" ... but at any cost though, Bericcus Ricks guarantees to amaze! And at a time in hip-hop when lyricists don't usually prevail, he still assures that "people know what's real and what's not" .... So the question is to you is, "Can u feel it?"
