Bern, born and raised on the island of Oahu. Grew up in a town called Kaneohe. Became an artist at the early age of 5 years old when she won an award from the Honolulu Academy of Arts. Dancing and singing came shortly after that.
Bern, decided to pursue her singing career on the Island of Hawaii (the Big Island). She sang a few hooks for local groups. Wanting more, Bern decided to take it to the next level and moved to California where she became part of Explore Talent. Bern first hooked up with an Music Award Winning Song Writer and singer (unnamed). He became her vocal coach. Next she sang songs for songwriters in California, one company called the J.T. Ensemble. Still, she thought she wanted more. The music she sang was not enough. Music, Dance, Sexy, Fun, that's what she wanted, so she incorporated all into one... Club music and Hip Hop.
Still the journey continues....
Bern also plays Texas Holdem' Poker whenever she can. She recently was a part of the World Series of Poker Circuit Tournament in Lake Tahoe. 600 plus players, hours of play and she was kicked off at 304th place. Bern doesnt lose often. She is on her way and determined to be the first Female player from Hawaii (where gambling is illegal) to make it to the final table in the WSOP main event. It may take years to do such a task, but it will happen.
Her next stop will be Las Vegas, Nevada. Lets see what this Poker Playing Singer will do next....
