Es ist wieder Zeit für Urban Legends! Diesmal mit Ancient Mith aus Denver/Colorado, einem ausserordentlichen MC mit lustiger Lifeperformance, auf den wir uns alle sehr freuen! Gefolgt und unterstützt von Aas der Basis aus Krems und unseren Artbakery Deeeejays Evil Cutz und Funkin Trunk.
Ein eindrucksvoller MC aus Denver, der nicht nur einen überzeugenden Flow hat sondern auch eine Idee davon, wie man interessante Songs schreibt. HipHop und Indie, lange als Antipoden gehandelt, die einfach nicht zusammengehen wollen, durchmischen sich bei Ancient Mith wie die natürlichste Sache der Welt. Auf dem Weg hin zu einem HipHop, der sich weder hinter Masken noch Flaggen verstecken muss. Sehr feine Sache!
Aas der Basis hat sich der Erforschung der Randbereiche des Hip Hop verschrieben. Die instrumentalen Unterlagen für seine deutschsprachigen Raps produziert der Künstler meist selbst. Sein aktueller Tonträger ist eine 7-Tracks umfassende E.P. mit dem Titel „Stinkmorcheln“, veröffentlicht auf dem Label und Künstlerkollektiv Polarised Kids.
