Matt Besterman played semi-professionally in bands for a few years in the early-to-mid 1990s -- whereupon he quit gigging, got a real job, and set about raising a family. But when the technology caught up with his nearly nonexistent budget, he began cranking out songs in the sewing room of his home in the exurbs of New York City. He releases new work on his own schedule, as the mood strikes him, strictly for fun. He thinks that's how you should listen to it: strictly for fun. He doesn't normally talk about himself in the third person like this. He's going to stop now.
Welcome to this little MySpace I maintain. I rotate the songs here on an irregular basis. But you can hear much more by clicking on this button:
Enjoy!
I have issues sometimes playing your songs...it won't have sound, it will immediately go to the "11" or "13" second mark and freeze there. Just thought you should know in case you knew how to fix it.
Also I'm coming over sometime to use your equipment and record my songs.
