I thought I'd drop by to let you know about the upcoming I Have Clones UK tour this July! Dates are up on my page now but basically we're playing everywhere from Glasgow to Torquay and if you can get down to a show it'd be awesome to hang out.
We are playing at The Nursery Tavern, Coventry on 25th June with Wes Finch & The Dirty Band and Scattered Sons (featuring members of The Treehorns and Shackletons)
Dananananaykroyd are six friends from Glasgow specialising in all-or-nothing clanging rock and indie-pop hardcore which will improve your life ten-fold.
Having recently toured with (and successfully freed) popular combos such as Foals, Holy Fuck and Johnny Foreigner, Dananananaykroyd has also recently completed a successful headline tour of the United Kingdom, stoating about the country like a gang of Pied Pipers, leading the needy and unfortunate to a lifetime of fulfillment through their unique brand of fight-pop.
Skeletons + Simon Finn + The Resurrection Men Saturday 14th March
As a co-founding member of Shinkoyo records, Matt Mehlan retains the label’s core ideals of collaboration, experimentation, and unpredictability with his Skeletons project. Beginning in Oberlin, Ohio as a solo act with help from an eclectic cast of collaborators (classically-trained trombonists, punk rock drummers, a junkyard boy’s choir), Skeletons has now settled comfortably into its adult body, having established the full-time band The Girl-Faced Boys (Seve, Johnny, Jason, and Carson) and forming an alliance with Ghostly. In addition to appearances at the 2004 CMJ and 2005 SxSW festivals, the group has lent live support to TV On The Radio, The Unicorns, VHS Or Beta, Animal Collective, Holger Czukay (of Can), Jackie O’ Motherfucker, and Twig Harper. A major US tour is planned for summer following the release of the LP Git.
