My mom. Out and proud activists. Physicians still brave and compassionate enough to perform abortions. Those who work on the front lines, making sure their fellow human beings are fed, clothed, healthy and safe.
About me: I'll either find a way or make one...
I am a photographer, art-maker, writer, fighter, lover, blogger, wanderer, impulsive optimist.
I live in New York City and I love New York City and last year I got a passport and I am loving leaving New York City and always coming home.
I work for an awesome chick.
I am always looking for new keys
My entire life is an obsession with beauty and love.
it's been a while since i ordered my amanda/boston pops t-shirt. i've had it for a while but never wore it until just recently, when i tried it on and discovered it was a large.
...i need an extra large.
anyhoo, my friend who emailed you about a PWT shirt said that you told them to just send it to you in brooklyn and you'd replace it.
is that the case with my t-shirt? i'd really like to replace it as un-complicatedly as possible....
I was being a creeper and reading over the last comment that I left you, and I realized I made a typo. I didn't send you my address, my boyfriend did. Now I feel like a tool.
I sent you my address in your LJ entry, and I received the print in the mail today. I seriously cried.. especially at the note you sent: "how can I write the beauty of your eves?".
It's strange.. how blindly sending things to people you've never met is even something that someone would do.. and how much of an effect that has on the people who receive them.
You are honestly one of my favourite artists.. your photography is astounding and your writing is breathtaking. You're an all-around beautiful, amazing, passionate, brilliant person and for me to be one of the ones you chose to send these things to is just.. fabulous.
Yesterday I was walking around this neat shopping center that I love to go to and decided to wander in this little antique, victorian-ish type shop. I'm so glad I did-it was amazing! They had all kinds of shit. Super old coloring books, dolls, sheet..things, a lot of stuff made from Germany (but apparently from all over) and more. But what caught my attention not long before I headed out was a pretty small bowl full of random, extremely old keys. It immediately made me think of You and Edgar. :) I took a picture of it, but I was using a disposable camera (I like not knowing what it'll look like 'till I develop it :)) and do intend on scanning it, then sending it to you!
