Beth Thornley is a singer/songwriter living in Los Angeles. She has recorded 2 CDs ("Beth Thornley" in 2003 and "My Glass Eye" in 2006). She is currently working on her 3rd CD due to be released in March '10. Her music has been called "“smart pop” a la Aimee Mann, Sam Phillips or Brandi Carlile" by Keyboard Magazine. The sound is something like Ben Folds meets Death Cab meets The Beatles. Her music has been heard on TV shows such as Scrubs, The Hills, Everwood, Jack and Bobby, Life, Newport Harbor and Friday Night Lights and in films such as "The Perfect Man" (Hillary Duff movie), "Play the Game" (Andy Griffith and Doris Roberts) and the indie film "Life with Fiona". She has had 2 songs in the top 10 of the rock category in the USA Songwriting Contest.
