About BETTERSHELL

November 2006 the year BETTERSHELL started in the city of São João da Madeira. Isaias on the voice and rithm guitar, Licinio on the Lead guitar and backup voices, Nuno on the bass guitar and Pedro in the drums and now in 2009 with a new member on Piano keys Filipe; They are the music band BETTERSHELL. Friendship and respect are the pillars of their union, with this they can pass through all things and win every challenge….

Their strength, their will to win in the world made them work hard and after a year they born, BETTERSHELL had almost 13 original songs, they talk in them about life, about the world, fellings, every aspect of human kind. After this they stared to give some gigs thought the city and outskirts, No more than 2 years later BETTERSHELL had an enviable curriculum, first prizes in national band competitions, tens of concerts made, some of them along with great Portuguese bands like Blasted Mechanism, Ezspecial, Clã…

More lately the jury of the greatest competition the Super Bock Preload (SBSR) gave BETTERSHELL the opportunity to play in one of the most important events in Portugal the Super Bock Super Bock and play along with names like The Killers, Duffy, Brandi Carlile, Mando Diao etc…
