About me:
Originally from Nashville, I moved to San Francisco after graduating from Peabody College in 1943. It was in San Francisco that I got my first modeling job, modeling fur coats for clients at a local furrier. I travelled a lot the next few years, eventually divorcing my husband and moving to New York. It was there that I met Jerry Tibbs who took my first portfolio pictures..and the rest is history.

Who I'd like to meet:
Fans. It makes me feel wonderful that people still care for me... that I have so many fans among young people, who write to me and tell me I have been an inspiration.
