Life is good here, lots of riding and general pissing about. I'm trying to learn French in a half arsed way, which would make life a bit easier but there's lots of people about who are english speakers so it's not bad at all. Found a nice local pub which counts for a lot :-)
I'm enjoying it loads but riding 5/6 days a week is taking it's toll and I'm quite tired, although I do have an excellently silly biker's tan to make up for it. I still haven't been climbing - it's that damn partner thing - but I did have a play about abseiling off stuff the other day. There are lots of pitches and a few possible people to go with about so hopefully I should get to do some real climbing before the season is over. Time is flying by - I'm planning to stay out over winter as well now so I'm trying to find a job and a place to live. Easier said than done ;-)
How about you? Do you have a place and job in Laaaahdaaahn sorted yet? Have you told your work yet?
I'm thinking about coming back for a bit mid August so I might stop off by London on the way. I'll give you fair warning in advance so you can make some excuses up :-P

Hehe, yeah, I was itching for days, it looked a bit like leg specific measles. Only been climbing once? How terrible, you're slacking ;-)
I have managed to find someone which is nice - she's the wife of a mate of Phil, my boss. Haven't met her yet but I should be able to get out in a couple of weeks when she's on half term. Quite nervous about it - proper rocks, proper climbing and I haven't done anything for ages. I'll muddle through I guess :-P
The biking has been absolutely fantastic, just been riding even though it's my day off. I did cheat a bit and used a lift to get up the hill and just rode the downhill course a lot. I feel I bit like I've been beaten up now though ;-)
How have you been anyway? When is The Big Move set for?
Hello! How are you? Have you found a replacement wall-monkey yet? Got outdoors at all again? There's some nice routes not far from here, bit of bouldering and some bolted sports routes. I haven't climbed there yet though, been riding bikes most of the time and I need someone to hold the other end of the rope also ;-)

Mine was really quite quiet - went oop north, saw friends, got drunk, staggered about. I did go bike riding new year's day though, which made me feel righteous ;-)
