Dear Mrs. Eakman:
I'm currently reading The Cloning of the American Mind and I feel it
is an outstanding contribution
to public information material. Critical, and of the utmost
importance. I think everyone who is interested in how and why the U.S. school system, and consequently, culture in general got this way ought to be able to read it. -- Bob M.

Greetings Beverly Eakman,

... well done. God help us. I have heard of no-brainers, but I thought that referred to solutions to simple
situations...not this generation.

This situation is so entrenched that it shows that the ... Insiders, New World Order, Good Old Boys, Elite, Establishment, etc... are embedded in all aspects of our government and we have become just plain stupid and complacent cattle.

We should be screaming, demanding, and fighting these spoilers en mass at local, state, and federal levels with letters, emails, at the polls, and
stop being the silent majority. I personally find that most people have
their head in the sand, and do not want to be bothered. They are blind and still believe in the Easter Bunny I guess. Nice to know there are a few not deceived. Keep up the good work. The pen is mightier than the sword. God bless you. -- Bill W.

Thank you for recognizing how dangerous it is out here.
Unfortunately, even your article "Crimes of Opinion" is an understatement of what is really going on.

Dear Beverly,

I recently read your article "Crimes of Opinion" and found it to be of help in clarifying some of what is going on in our school systems and our society in general. I personally believe that there has been an increased dependence on psychological methods to manipulate the masses for whatever cause. I see this not only in society in general, but have seen this illness rear it's ugly head in our churches as well.

I have something that I would like to share with you that concerns me a great deal. My two children ages 10 & 11 recently brought home from school two survey questionnaires that their parents were to fill out. The first appears to be from the charter school itself and is a rather benign, general, impersonal survey to determine overall parental involvement with the school and with their children.

The second survey concerns me much more as it comes from the American Guidance Service (AGS) and is labeled a "Social Skills Questionnaire." This survey specifically identifies the child and their parents and is centered upon the child's social skills and problem behaviors. I have never before received anything like this before and I am extremely skeptical as to the motive of such a survey and how it will be used... I'm not sure what to make of this but my gut tells me this is not for our or our children's overall benefit as it might seem to imply.

Needless to say my trust in government is seriously waning and I can see the writing on the wall of this once great, predominantly Christian nation.

Thank you for your time and keep up the good work. Your efforts are greatly appreciated!

Sincerely,
Richard W.

Thanks for the insightful article about the principles that tend to be lost in the clutter of our liberal media atmosphere. Keep up the good work.

Dear Beverly Eakman,

Yes, you are right, who has the stomach for this? We see the wolf coming, but we don't want to make any trouble...and so we let the wolf do their ravaging. I guess we don't want what we say we want very much. We do not have the courage of our convictions...which means...do we really believe what we say we do at all? Even if we do, if we don't do anything about it, then the results are the same as if we don't have any convictions. Maybe we could say the convictions we really hold are that we don't want any trouble - at any price.

But the truth is, we are supposed to make a whole lot of trouble for the wolf, and in that way we protect the flock! I have heard of this (lack of leadership) happening, and seen the terrible results of it. I have done a little wolf fighting myself. It is not work for the weak kneed and feeble of heart. It's takes courage, internal strength, individual initiative, etc... Thank you for your research and work. I want you to know how dependent I am on people like you to help educate me.

I agree, I do not see how any parent could send their children to the public brain washing centers. We have home schooled for most of our
children's lives with a short stint at a Catholic private school, where
there was not a large difference between it and the local public school. I urge you to continue writing about this problem. Maybe it will be that parents will take a look at what is going on and get their children out of those indoctrination schools.

With regards,
Larry

Dear Mrs. Eakman,

First, let me just say Thank You. I bought CLONING OF THE AMERICAN MIND about two years ago and it quite literally has changed my life. I have read it cover-to-cover at least half a dozen times and hardly a week goes by that I am not once again re-reading some passage or chapter.

Let me also say that it is without a doubt the most frightening (and enraging) book I have ever read. My modus operandi while reading it for the first time was as follows: after almost every chapter, and in many cases after reading only as much as a line or paragraph, I would have to put the book down due to the fact that I would be so angry and upset by what I read that I couldn't continue. I would be literally shaking with rage.

I am giving serious thought to homeschooling my four children (11, 8, 6, and 4+) in large part due to the educational chaos your book brought to light for me. The main thing holding me back is that I live in California and am quite worried about dealing with the educational system and what possible avenues of retribution/harassment they may take (I do not want our children taken from us-better to try and counteract the nonsense they get in school and remain out of jail...).

IN ANY CASE, I was wondering if you have any future speaking engagements in the San Francisco bay area, as I would be very interested in attending.

Once again, THANK YOU for helping to open my eyes...and God bless you and your work.

Sincerely,
P.F.

I recently happened across a video on google discussing Sustainable Development in which you discussed change agents. I went to your web site and have since read some of your articles and have ordered two of your books which I have not had time to read yet & I also plan on ordering your manual; HOW TO COUNTER GROUP MANIPULATION TACTICS.

In my search for information I read about the Delphi Technique which helped me, at least mentally. (HA!) You see for the past 19 years I have worked for a well known company. I was 32 when I started working for them and initially found my onboarding an unusual experience. Even back then I went through TQM training, Diversity, Consensus, 7 Habits and over the years a host of other training topics. The most recent which was put on by the company was PSP (people supporting people).

I struggled with being put on teams only to be steered into a
predetermined direction, or as employees to come to a decision only to be told by a manager that "No, we will do it this way." Even-though inside I knew that the only reason for having technicians/employees on the team was so that if the other employees had a problem with the outcome or decision the managers could just say, "Well you had representation" and that they [the managers] already knew what the end result was going to be.

Now I have a name to attach to the behavior and know that they are trained to manage this way. I no longer describe the behavior of talking in circles as a mental illness, but rather as one of disrespect and belittlement.

The company has a document which contains their Purpose, Values and Principles which seem to be more for the employees than management, because I see them violated everyday. - D

Dear Beverly:
I have just read FLORIDA STATE LEGISLATORS STEP UP TO THE PLATE and feel as though a breath of fresh air has swept over me. Your writing is candid, funny, informative, serious and drives me right into the next paragraph.

This was my introduction to Beverly Eakman. I am impressed with the information crammed into this article, both personal and otherwise, and believe I have just found a very rich vein of journalism. I will continue reading your material and pass it on to others.[br]

Thank you for your openness and sincerity, and thank God, the Florida legislators listened to you and did the right thing. I have 7 grandchildren, all of whom I hold before the Throne of Grace daily in prayer. The government schools of today scare the living daylights outta me.
