Since 1992, Emiliano, founder and luthier of Biarnel, designs and builds fine guitars, basses and electric uprights. In 2005, the fine craftmanship of Emiliano began to be appreciated by local pro musicians; teachers and bands like SirRandha started playing Biarnel products.

Building and new projects aren't the only activities: being a musician (trumpet player, bassist, double bassist) and always in contact with professional players, Emiliano is a trusted repairman, with a good experience and reliability.

In 2007, Biarnel Liuteria repaired an almost destroyed acoustic double bass, in only a week of work: that bass was made in the last years of 1800, and it was priceless.

Not always satisfied with the sound of commercial magnetic pickups, Emiliano started developing his own pickups: now everyone can enjoy the purity and the personality of Biarnel Pickups, available for guitars, basses and electric uprights.

Passive, active, vintage sounding or radically new, Biarnel Pickups simply let the sound of the wood flow through the amp, with clear and distinct harmonics.

Biarnel pickups are nowdays installed on Zopilote instruments, handmade by another incredibly talented italian luthier.
