Designing and Creating One-of-a-Kind Bead & Wire Jewelry, Making my own Beads and Jewelry Components from Polymer Clay, hanging out in the etsy.com forums, knitting, and trying to learn even more artsy craftsy stuff! I just can't sit still anymore...
Music
Oy vey, you should see my iTunes - everything from Mozart to Metallica, Sinatra to Talking Heads and much more. I can't think of a kind of music I don't like, haven't or wouldn't ever listened to...
Movies
Television
If it's on Discover, TLC, Travel or History Channel that's for me! Actually, if it has a channel number higher than 20, I probably saw it! I can't remember the last time I watched *network* television - just can't seem to care enough, except for *Bones*, but I always forget when it's on!
Books
When it comes to books, I am an omnivore - I have Stephen King and Dean Koontz, John Grisham and Stephen Fry, Tolkien and JK Rowlings, among many many others on my shelves. And that's just the fiction, never mind all the books/mags I have in the artsy-craftsy bookcase - bead & wire jewelry, polymer clay, knitting, bath products, paper crafts, painting and oodles of others...

My jewelry career started with a set of wine glass charms in a store and the always-fatal words - I can do better than that. Over 6 years, and many compliments and requests later, I have found that I can, and do, make jewelry that people love to wear.
About 4 years ago I discovered polymer clay in much the same way - I wanted drawer pulls for a dresser I stripped and stained, but couldn't find any I liked. Another trip to the local craft store and ALOT of internet research later, and I was hooked! I like being able to make my own beads and components for my jewelry.
I started out designing just for myself, making pieces that I like. Fortunately for me, more than a few people have the same taste in jewelry as I do. I make jewelry because I like taking all the little bits and pieces I find everywhere - beads, wire and what-not, and turning them into something that is useful, pretty and a reflection of the person wearing it
Over the years, I have gotten quite good at many other things as well - knitting, sewing, digital photography and manipulation among them. There are some crafts I have tried but still need to learn more about, and still others I am just dying to try. Who knows, maybe the fruits of those labors will show up here as well.
Remember these two things as you go through life:
A thing of beauty is a joy forever: Its loveliness increases; it will never pass into nothingness.
- John Keats
