Hi, I'm B.T. Beauty. I may be old but I'm still as great as ever. Frank tried to change my name to City Bible but I prefer B.T. Beauty because I'm a pretty girl.
Share memories, make friends, or just read what's here. It really doesn't matter. Just remember, a little fun goes a long way!
Oh, and check out my friends, the Morton brothers at www.citybusinesschurch.org. They're pretty cool funny sometimes.

Yes, I'm sure in some remote and waaay overly commercialized way, Jesus is the reason for this season, but since the early Church never celebrated His birthday, and only when the Church decided that a good way to spread the Gospel was through appeasing their culture's pagan holidays, did they pick up the idea of a Christ Mass, and add it to all the other unusual Catholic bells, smells, and rituals. Now America, in its penchant to celebrate pluralism, has moved to throw Jesus out of the holiday altogether. Strange what world cultures do huh??? Does that put us back to the early Church status? I hope so. At least then the Gospel was pure, Jesus was worshipped as the mighty God of Heaven and earth, and not as a tiny helpless child in a manger. I prefer the Revelation 1:13-18 image of Him.
Rev 1:13 and in the midst of the lampstands one like a son of man, clothed with a long robe and with a golden sash around his chest. Rev 1:14 The hairs of his head were white like wool, as white as snow. His eyes were like a flame of fire, Rev 1:15 his feet were like burnished bronze, refined in a furnace, and his voice was like the roar of many waters. Rev 1:16 In his right hand he held seven stars, from his mouth came a sharp two-edged sword, and his face was like the sun shining in full strength. Rev 1:17 When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. But he laid his right hand on me, saying, "Fear not, I am the first and the last, Rev 1:18 and the living one. I died, and behold I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of Death and Hades.
