Money, Fame, and Sex.... Those seem to be the norm in the world today and for that matter what I attend to stay away from the most. Keeping my eyes on the lord is where it's all at because without him, there is no life. For life and true happiness exist only through him (John 14:6)
With that said, my motive for life is this: "Life is not about what you own or what you have. It's not about what job you contain, how much money you make, or what kind of car you drive. It's not about what religion you belong to or what church you attend."
"Life is about establishing the right relationships whether it be through family, friends, and most importantly God. "
God, Family, Friends.... That's the order of life and what it is all about.

Movies
If you know me than you know that I'm a huge Movie Fan Addict! heh! More like a movie freak addict. I tend to spend a lot of my free time at theatres.
My favorite movies of all time are as follows: Terminator 2, Speed, Face Off, Men of Honor, Catch me if you can, American History X, Titanic, The Notebook, Troy, Count of Monte Cristo, Ninja Turtles 1 and 2 (3 was ok), Lion King!, All Dogs Go to Heaven,Speed, Preditor, Aliens, Freddy Cruger, Lord of the Rings 1, 2, 3, Star Wars Episode 1 and 3 (2 Only when Yodda Fights), Shaun of the Dead, Me Myself and Irene, Men of Honor, What Lies Beneath, Chainsaw Massecre, Pearl Harbor (Cuban Gooding shoulda been the main actor!!!!), DodgeBall, Horizon, Unleashed, Rumble in the Bronx, Drunken Master 2, Fists of Legend, Blood Sport, and last but not Least..... The Last Samurai which is my all time favorite (I litterally watched it 4 times in theatre, Katsumoto (Kentwanabe Was just a supreme Actor in the movie, simply the best ever!)
2008-2009 UPDATE:
SLUMDOG MILLIONAIR - Probably the best movie... if not the GREATEST movie of all time. The music, actors/actresses, scenery, script, cinmetography, EVERYTHING was just absolutely perfect.
Television
I have no cable, so my preference on TV shows are limited: American Idol, Judge Judy, Cheaters, Friends Episodes.... etc....
Books
So it's been over a year now since I've picked up reading as an addicting hobbie.... Since then I've read over a hundred books dealing with philosophy, world religions, theology, eschetology, science books about intelligent design and evolution, and many many Christian books.....
The Bible would be my supreme form of reference. It tends to tell me more about myself than I think I know. Not just that but what I can overcome and do in this life that will have an affect on me eternally.
Heroes
Hero is too less of a word to categorize the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Jesus is more than just a hero. He's a savior that laid his life down for me so that I would give him some attention. I don't consider myself a religious person, because religion in general tells people what we should do to gain God's love. No. I prefer a Christ follower (Christian) in that we, as a body of Christ, believe that it's not what we do to become acceptable to God, but what he did for us. Eternal life isn't earned. It's accepted through the belief that Jesus died and rose from the grave conquering our worst enemy: Death. Without Jesus, simply put, I'm nothing (Philip 4:13).
My Mother Linda Kuma and My Sister Martha Kuma are my Godly parents whom I happen to care for the most in this life (even though I tend to struggle with not showing it sometimes). They are the true mark of God's loving grace.
My best friend Frankie Banuelos whom I call my half-brother is another hero of mine. His unfailing love for me has gotten me through some of the toughest times in this life. Even though I know he struggles alot and finds himself doing things he shouldn't. I always try and be the best example to him as possible. Not only when I'm with him but also when he is not there.
I pray that one day he'll put away his bad habits and come back to Jesus. That would be my ultimate hope for him.
*UPDATE* - June 01, 2009 - My new brother in Christ (Frankie Banuelos) has made a decision to give his life to Jesus. This day will go down in history as the day everything changed and he was made a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17). God will see to it that he finishes what he started in him. Thankyou lord!
Hello! My name is Leo Kuma and if you've ever met me in person you'd know that I'm the biggest goofball in the world. I enjoy being around people and love the out doors! My life revolves around culture and the relationships that I build not only with family and friends, but a huge priority with God.
Just a little bit about my life and where it is now: I grew up performing the dances and music of polynesia in a group that is internationally known as "No Te Here O te Hiroa". In translation that means "For The Love Of The Culture." It's a name that has represented my long life with the group. Growing up in the show, performing, and sharing a piece of my culture with others is what I have come to love most! The people that I've met over the years have remained close friends with some becoming like family to me.
I gave my life to Jesus in the spring of 2005 and ever since things have never been the same. Through my new relationship with the lord, wonderful opportinuties in life, that I thought would never be possible, have come my way. I moved to San Francisco, California in the spring of 2007 for a chance of a lifetime. There, I landed a golden job working with one of the largest companies in the world formally known as Electronic Arts (EA Games). I work under the Quality Assurance department making a living testing/playing videogames. My plans are to move up in the gamining industry in hopes to become a game devloper/designer one day.
I have a wonderful godly mother and sister who have brought me up and shaped me to what I am now today. Without them I would not be here and I am in eternal depth to the many sacrifices they've made to get me where I am today. My friends are all like family to me and treat me with the uttermost respect. I love them dearly and would give my life up to each and everyone of them.
Above all, I thank the lord for the glorious road he has paved for me. My family.... My friends.... My life.... has been a complete reflection of the love and grace God delivers. Praise the lord for he is good in all his ways! (Psalm 18:30)

Who I'd like to meet:
I'd love to meet a ton of people! Too many to list
Most importantly, i'd like to meet our lord and savior; Jesus Christ and personally thank him and give him a nice bear hug for the sacrifice he made not only for me but for the world.
I'd like to meet the thief on the cross who gave his life to Jesus before his death
I'd also like to meet paul, peter, along with many of the disciples that followed Jesus during his early ministry.
There's a ton of Old Testament believers I'd like to meet starting from Enoch, Joseph, Noah, and Moses all the way to Solomon, David, to the end of Malacai.
