Al Gonzales has been a stand-up comic for 6 years.
Originally a stage actor, Al has performed in over 10 productions, including Romeo and Juliet where he played Benvolio as well as Romeos understudy.
In 2001 Al studied at the Comedy College for a brief session. Realizing that you can’t learn comedy in a classroom, he auditioned for an improv troupe. He then became a member of Big City Improv for three years learning the skill of improvisational comedy. While a member in 2002, They received The Best Of The Bay Award for Best Improv Troupe.

Hey Al, thanks for the add. I had alot of fun at your wedding. It was very nice. I can't believe I've never known that you have a comedy act! Usually stuff like that circulates thru the family members! Guess I haven't been around the right people. I even spent a weekend vacation with your mom in Oceanside not too long ago and it never came up in conversation! Oh well, I know now. And I definitly plan to attend one of your shows in the near future! Best Wishes to you and your new bride!
