Big Baby is the fusion of three individuals who have come together to play rock and roll as they understand it: danceable and head-scratching at the same time, like a stiff jello shot sliding through your cotton mouth. Brian Serpas, Isidore Grisoli, and Dan Fox share a history of collaboration in the New Orleans punk & hardcore scene, playing in bands such as Stupid Fucking White Man, the Faeries, Santa Smokes, Hatchback, the Gretna Sewing Circle, Christ Reverse Psychology Experiment, Eat a Bag of Dicks, the Red Beards, and on and on.
December 19, 2005. The band begins with this email from B. Serpas to D. Fox:
"in the dc area of va hanginin with the rockers up here (old pg 99 people) and working. i'm good and bored. going back to the n o first week of jan big baby. i want to get back in time for school. i will be starting a band with grisoli when he goes back in feb(fun fun) later big baby."
CTS is coming back to New Orleans and will be rocking the Balcony Music Club, 1331 Decatur Street on Wed. June 17th to tour their new album “Are Your Watching Closely” come check em out.
