    OK NEED SOME HELP/IDEAS..... a friend of mine wants to open a gym & wants me to be a part of it! We're wondering what everyone looks for when joning a gym.  Everyone works out for different reasons & we're looking for some feedback!  Is it price? Equipment? Classes (ie. cycling, pilates, aerobics, dance, kickboxing/boxing? fitness or hardcore?  Weightloss/Nutrition? Contract or no contract agreement! How about interactive childcare that's more than just a babysitter for the kids too!

    We would appreciate any help, I know what I look for! But what do YOU look for in a gym!
     
    We are looking to open a gym/fitness center that has all the needs of a serious/focused fitness minded member that gives them more "bang for their Buck"!!

     
    Please make feedback precise/detailed and give you're reasons why!

    Awww...sorry. I know it sucks. Some good movies out tho, maybe you should rent a few??? I'm just going to the pool today w/Kyle and then hanging at home tonight. Tomorrow, my friends & I are taking Kyle to the Rapids in West Palm, my friend's boyfriend is "borrowing" Kyle as his son so he can get into the park for free...LOL..father's day special. Sunday...I don't know. Playing that one by ear. Maybe the flea market, I need to find a bike for my trip to the Keys and I don't want to pay for a new one, too expensive. You doing anything for Father's Day?

LOL..well, what can I say? He spoke the truth. Is this a hot flash I'm getting or a wave of embarrasment?? LOL Thanks for the heads up on the bird shit...that would not be a very joyous thing to have happen, funny, but not joyous. It's costing the county about $20,000 to do graduation out there on them thar RODEO grounds...nothing like being all dressed up and smelling farm "shit". LOL. I don't get it either. But, Port St. Lousy is ass-backwards you know. What's up w/the dr.? You feeling ok?     So does Tiger Woods have anything to worry about??? LOL. My friend had to be rescued by the cute lifeguard at the beach today, I think she did it on purpose...she's says she didn't. LOL. The rip tide was horrendous.
