Q: What's with the name? A: Big Brain on Brad was adopted by a misunderstanding* of the infamous line delivered by Samuel L. Jackson in the 1994 movie, "Pulp Fiction." *The characters name is actually "Brett."
Q: How was BBOB formed? A: BBOB started as a solo project by Brian Marcial. Brian would record ideas and melodies that he created with guitars, bass, vocals and a drum machine; and would post them on Myspace. After many requests to play shows, Brian courted high school friend Jorge Arroyo (Ruido De Fondo, Pilar Diaz); and after many bass changes, Adrian Perez (Sin Remedio) was brought in to round out the order.

Wharf to Wharf Race in Santa Cruz, 8am Sunday July 26
Sunday, July 26, we play the Santa Cruz Wharf to Wharf Race, so we'll be out on the street at 8am. We learned "Eye of the Tiger" just for this event, haha. Hope to see you there, as a visitor or as a blur running by. We'll be at 26th Avenue and East Cliff Drive.
