Our mission is to help children realize their potential through professionally supported one-to-one relationships with volunteers who care about them.
Vision
Our vision is to contribute to a healthier and stronger community by providing children with mentors who help them succeed in life.

Our Impact
National research shows that positive relationships between youth and their Big Brother and Big Sister mentors have a direct and measurable impact on children’s lives. By participating in our programs, Little Brothers and Sisters are:
• 52% less likely than their peers to skip a day of school
• 46% less likely than their peers to start using illegal drugs
• 27% less likely to start drinking alcohol
• More confident of their schoolwork performance
• Able to get along better with their families
