1st- Overhead is low so prices are low.
2nd- Great Gear, Great Ears and Great Creative Energy Make Great Music! not necessarily great big studios with inflated prices to match.
3rd-the working atmosphere of this small studio makes your music the priority. You work one-on-one with the producer, collaborating, shaping the arrangements, perfecting the parts. The low overhead allows for more time to be spent getting it right; the way you envisioned it.
4th- Your music becomes the personal investment of the studio and the producer. No hourly or half-hearted sessions where you're in and out with a half-ass attempt at a record, wondering how and where to take the next step. This small studio above all takes pride in the product, following and supporting the music and the artist through all the steps necessary to take the album to stage and beyond; from mastering to auditioning musicians for the band, to contracting appropriate venues, to promoting shows.
