About me:

Howdy folks, my name is Benny and I am anorexic survivor…just kidding! Thanks for hitting up my page, to be more informative my name is Benny Henderson Jr. aka. Big Dog. I have been in sports journalism for the past four plus years. I am lead writer for one of the top boxing sites in the world www.DoghouseBoxing.com, as well creator of the Christian based combatant website www.Fighters-of-Faith.com. I co-host of one of the coolest boxing radio shows, Fightin’ Words. You can listen in live every Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM CST by clicking on www.1490wwpr.com while hosts Bob & Butch and myself break down the weekly boxing news while debating on everything in and between the sports realm. I have been featured in fighting related magazines world wide as well as an active member of the Boxing Writers Association of America. I have been blessed to meet, make friends as well as work with some great people in the sport of boxing as well as the MMA. I also help out with publicity for the former WBO heavyweight champion Lamon Brewster 33-4 (29), heavyweight contender Brian Minto 31-2 (20) and the undefeated rising heavyweight star David Rodriguez 28-0 (26). I work Public Relations for MMA promoter Will Broyles who heads Ring Rulers Amateur MMA and Cage Kings Professional MMA cage fighting.
