Big Eyed Phish, is The Dave Matthews band Tribute. Recreating the musical styling of the Dave Matthews band, from the early stages of the band in 93-94 to renditions of Funny the Way It Is and Shake Me Like a Monkey, which have been new staples on Dave Matthews bands current tour. But Big Eyed Phish dosn't just stop there, they PUT ON A SHOW. They capture the energy, excitment, and passion of a real Dave Matthews band concert. The band is assembled, and led by Brandon DePaul, who has had 1000's of hours on Stage with Rochester's favorite ,Tripping Billies. Brandon, with the Billies, has done everything from having the honor of getting into a Dave Matthews Biographey book, to actually meeting the man and getting his seal of approval. Brandon, a seasoned pro, decided, to give DMB fans, a new favorite, and after painstakingly searching, found the very best muscians to complete Upstate NY's new hometown hero's, Big Eyed Phish. i have a proposition for you. I attend the university of rochester and im the head chairman of our biggest charity for my sorority. the event is called the rockathon. last year there was only one band from lo...cal rochester music scene. so since i am from the music scene in rochester im trying to get soooooooo many bands thaat will draw attention to local fans from rochester to attend this event. i love your music and want you guys to attend. youd be performing for college students from all of the world and would be helping out us majorly. we havent picked out a venue yet becasue we are trying to figure out if any venues will lower the price since everything is going directly to the kidney foundation♥ but we are planning it to be in november. please contact me with any questions or concerns. there will be tonzzzz of women, bands, ppl, and a great party shake down after. thanks guys=]
