We are interested in all musicians who come to The Big Fish to play. We are also interested in all the FRIENDS of musicians who come down and play.
It's not just for musicians. In fact, the more people who come, the better.
You'll really be surprised at some of the AMAZING music that is played.
Bring your friends. Bring your neighbors, bring your family members. It's a good time.

We play Bues, R&B, Funk, Rock, Funk-Rock, Jazz, and some "standards." And then, sometimes we jam too...
Movies
We LOVE IT when friends and family bring their video cameras!
Television
We don't need no stinkin' television. All the real action is on stage!
Books
Not necessarily books, but we try to read the charts that Kathryn brings. Of course, charts written on bar napkins are the best.

KATHRYN GRIMM - is an exceptional band leader, lead singer, lead guitarist, rhythm guitarist, keyboardist, bassist, chart writer, sound technician, and one heck of a great person. Among other places, she performs the 3rd Sunday of every month at The Big Fish in Glendale, California. ~~~
BILL ORR - brings the thunder as KGB's bassist and second vocalist. Bill also plays at other various and sundry gigs and sessions around L.A. Not the least of which is The Big Fish Jam in Glendale, CA - which is held the 3rd Sunday of every month. ~~~
FRANKIE SALEMMO - aka - Slammin' Salemmo. Frank is a hard working musician. He plays almost every weekend at various venues throughout L.A. Look for Frankie to bring the Slammin Salemmo big drum kit to the KBG Jam Night, which is the 3rd Sunday month at The Big Fish in Glendale, CA
Who I'd like to meet: We'd like to meet all musicians who want to step out for an evening to come and jam with us. We want to meet all your friends too!
No equipment is required. We have a full back line.
We have an extra guitar amp already set up just for guitarists who drop in. In other words, please don't bring your own amp. We already have anough stuff on stage ;-)
We have plenty of microphones and a full PA and monitor system.
We have a keyboard set up going through the PA and its own seperate monitor amp.
We want to meet Singers, Guitarists, Bass Guitarists, Singer/Songwriters, Saxophone players, Keyboard players, Trumpet and Trombone players, Clarinet players, Violinists
and Cellists, Mandolin and Mandochello players, Spoon players, and all types of Percussion players. If nothing else, please come as a friend and just hang.
