Hey! How's the weather over there? I just want to let you know that i'm coming to the UK in late May/early June to play bass with Kevin Montgomery and Tommy Allsup. Tommy played guitar with Buddy Holly, and is THE guy that flipped the coin with Ritchie Valens. I figured that with you being a musician that you would really be able to appreciate this show. Kevin made a little video at my studio last week while we were recording....check it out http://myspacetv. com/index. cfm?fuseaction=vids. individual&videoid=34589518
There are a series of shows in England and Scotland....dates are on my myspace.
We won't be doing my material, but it is a really special show, and Tommy is a true rock'n'roll legend.
Anyway, take care and hope to see you there.

This Saturday nights brings the rocking sounds from planet Croydon's Ten Foot Nun, guarenteed to amaze or shock. They are joined by multinational angsty indy South London unit, 11:59.

That's it, Chet's packed it in, so we have nothing to live for as a band, seeing as we were never anything more than a Chet cover band. So to go out with style, we've rangled up a tour of South London.
Our friends from Exeter, Le Chat Noir, will be joining us on our excursion, as we pass the torch in the journey of the two piece rock band, come see these guys, they make White Stripes look like amateur, well ok, Meg White makes White Stripes look like amateurs, but who's counting.
I can't believe how good these bands are, you must come and see for yourself.
On Friday, we have the honour of hosting the first live performance of local alt-raggae unit Original Muzik Enterprize, and touring punk ska from Durham (that's mining country folks) with Speeding Bee, plus a unique feature of upcoming hip hop artist Charlie Blaize.
On Saturday, the amazing David Goo returns with his Zappaesque performance and his new band the Cringe. Nathan Persad dusts off the old 45's with a rendition of the music that made it all possible, 50's rock and roll, with his band the Instant Foxes.
On Monday night, it's business as usual for the acoustic open mic, will it be a jam session or another night of comedy from the FMB lads? Come early if your jamming.
Oh baby, nothing like a big weekend of free live music.
On Friday, we have the return of Fleshdunce, a night of underground sounds, and I'm not talking about the announcements on the tube. For a taste of strange for those brave enough to entertain, this night is for you.
On Saturday it's a night of truly wonderful rock sounds with local legends Honeycube, and high energy indie popsters The Colonies.
On Sunday, it's our last matinee for a while, so come on down and enjoy Rob Cushman for free at 4pm.
On Monday, it's our acoustic open mic night, hosted by the amazing Nathan Persad. Come early to avoid disappointment.
Another weekend of quality live music, all delivered to you for free (the beer of course is not free, but the entrance is).
On Friday we have the clever country songs of The Black Maria Memorial Fund and the rockabilly comeback of J.D. Smith. So if you're into your roots music, then this night is hand carved for your enjoyment.
Saturday sees the next installment of The Paranoia Club, a night the Flesh Dunce boys recommend as the next step in musical adventure (not their words exactly), PC are so cool you can't find them on MySpace, now that's cool.
Monday brings the ongoing adventures of Nathan Persad as he hosts his weekly Open Mic Night, come early to get a slot.
We're not kidding around anymore, if you want to see some shit hot bands in Deptford's strangest music venue, then pop by, it's free to get in.
Molotov Sandwich a raging jam prog band from Leeds. Touring with Thumpermonkey, a very exciting representation from Tooting Bizarre, if you like your music loud, tight, and full of thunder, you'd do well to see this night.
The Mergatroid bring their jazz cajun french fusion rock to the Bird's Nest, Arcane Roots representing the kick ass Croydon scene with their stomp on the pops, exact science punk.
On Sunday afternoon, Rob Cushman shows us guitar players how it's actually done with an afternoon show, starting at 4pm.
