  • Bio

"Welcome To Biggz World" Biggz began rappin' at an early age, only taking it seriously after having a mental breakdown. Coming from a town where the rap scene was very small, starting his mission on the solo tip. He began writting and recording in his home, beginning with the recording of "Criminal Minded". With his first release, very few copies were created. Looking back on the release, Biggz describes the disc as, "a very poorly written and very amature release on my own part." Though he was disapointed with his initial release, he did not quit, and continued on the road he had set out on originally, to become a legend. Shortly after the release of "Criminal Minded" Biggz was contacted by rapper, Ty-Will, of Moncton "Mad-City" fame. Joining the group of Mad-City rappers, Feel Guud Music. The two rappers began recording tracks together, mixtape material, performing shows with the rest of the Feel Guud Crew and other local artists, growing a local fanbase along the way. To further the work that was being done, Biggz was contacted by a management company Akanni Entertainment (Formally DP Management), coming out of the United States. Working closely with the team, Biggz then released two internet tapes "The Last Of A Dying Breed" & "The Prelude". Now with the Canadian native working with the United States team, the fan base which started as a local group, was now becoming International. With many people becoming interested with the young MC, Biggz was given the chance to be featured as an "Slip-N-Slide : On Da Grind" artist. The future is hard to tell, but with the growing of this Canadian artist, it seems that he will be here to stay. Hip-Hop isn't dead, it's just living up North.
