Heroes
My daughter, though it sounds cheesy, is a hero to me in a way. Or at least, she makes me want to change in ways that might make me a hero to her someday. She is very motivating and gives me a purpose in ways that I hadn't had before. And not just to take care of her and nurture her, but also to teach what it is to be independent and try to encourage her to be a strong woman someday. Strong women are also my heroes. I know quite a few, and oddly, a lot of my close friends are strong women. Strong, vulnerable, candid, truthful, brilliant, modest, selfless women and they inspire me. You know who you are.
Oh my goodness....I am so jealous. I would go to Hawaiian Hula Supply and buy the whole store!!! Unfortunately, you'd have to shop in the kiddie section if you're looking at coconut tops for me, haha! I hope you have so much fun! Where did this come from?! I had no idea you wanted to go to Hawaii...then again, who wouldn't?
