Do you know - if I was going to describe my music tastes it would be like one giant contradiction. Swaying wildly from Kylie to Morrissey to the Foo Fighters to Underworld to ole Mr M. Manson and on to Kanye West, Sigur Ros Snoop and round again to The Charlatans!!
I love my music though and it follows me everywhere and I sometimes follow it.
As it stands a band I went to see purely out of curiosity wins my fave band live ever - they were Coldplay. True musicianship and talent that soared into the arena roof and back right through me. Bands that have also floated my boat are the mighty Charlatans, Junior Senior (see the first bit eh!!) and the Inspiral Carpets!
At the moment though I'm back into my RnB! Cassie - tres bon! Ne-yo too!!
I'm still not feeling the Artic Monkeys though - maybe in patches - but still to be convinced - oh yeah and 70' & 80's covers - once were novel and nostalgic - now are just tired, so very tired! Killers - more please - but less of the old!!!

Short and sweet.
Best - The Lost Boys, Batman Returns, The Italian Job (first one!), Escape to Victory, Donnie Darko, South Park Uncut.
Worst - Easy - Anything with elfs, pixies, wizards, Jedi and anything that requires costumes - eg Period drama!
Anything with a good story or good laughs gets me!!
Television
THE SIMPSONS - there is other good stuff but nothing else gets close.
Books
Do you know it changes all the time - but recent good ones have included Bill Brysons Short History of Nearly Everything, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nightime and Billy Connolly's biog.
Heroes
My Dad, Neville Southall, Micheal Schumacher and if you can have heroines - Kylie and my mum!
