    Big Muddy is a combination of blues, soul, southern rock and country music, featuring some of the best musicians in the southeast. They have just complete their first CD together which showcases their song writing, instrumental and vocal abilities. Together, they bring well over 100 years of musical experience to every show. Each member of the band has been playing music all of his life.     ***Robbie Fleming - Guitar and Vocals: Robbie sounds as though he was born with a guitar in his hands. Well versed in Blues, Jazz, Country, Bluegrass and Classical, Robbie has toured and recorded with blues legend Clarence “Gatemouth” Brown as well as working with many varied artists including Don Rickles, Joan Rivers, Little Anthony and The Imperials, Bobby Rydel, Rich Little and Martha And The Vandellas. An artist in his own right, in the summer of 2004, Robbie was invited to perform at the Baden Blues Festival in Zurich, Switzerland where he also played to sold out club dates.*** ***Harold Floyd - Bass and Vocals: February, 2005, marked 21 years for Harold as bassist for blues guitar legend, the late Clarence “Gatemouth” Brown. Along with performing on several thousand concerts and dozens of radio and television shows, including 56 concert dates in support of Eric Clapton, Harold has performed on eight of Gate’s recordings: “Real Life,” “Standing My Ground,” “No Looking Back,” “The Man,” “Gate Swings,” “American Music, Texas Style,” “Back To Bogalusa” and “Timeless.” Harold is recognized as a “Music Achiever” by the Alabama Music Hall of Fame and one of his original compositions, “Honey Dew,” is included on the “Gate Swings” CD. ***Larry T Wilson - Harmonica and Vocals: Larry T is a songwriter whose songs have been recorded by platinum recording artist Sammy Kershaw (“Too Far Gone To Leave”), vocal group 4-Runner (“The House At The End Of The Road”), Cherie Austin (“No More Chasing Rainbows”) and David Frizell (“Charlie Loves Hazel”). As an artist, Larry T has performed shows with Guy Clark, Billy Joe Shavers, Micky Newberry, The Amazing Rhythm Aces, Delbert McClinton, Doc Watson, Livingston Taylor, The Dave Grissom Quintet and Larry Cordle and Lonesome Standard Time.*** ***Gene Burleson - Drums: Powering the wheels of the mighty “Big Muddy” is Gene Burleson. Having worked on the local club scene around Pensacola and Mobile since the mid to late sixties, Gene has wet his feet with such names as Clayton Ivy (Muscle Shoals), Larry Butler (vice president, CBS Records - Nashville producer/songwriter), Dean Dillon (songwriter) and many other talented musicians from this and other areas. Gene has been keeping his head above water, thumpin’ out the blues for over 35 years.
