I couldnt agree more Erik. I have a denier in my family (stepdad). I know they will resort to illogic, and bluster, you are right. There was a good point made in public by someone last night: the deniers never do experiments. Mate you'll be pleasewd to hear that USA and Australia are tracking each other pretty well at the moment with proposals to go to Cpenhagen with a 5% reduction in CO2 emissions by 2020, over 1990 levels. At least its a start.

How about tiling. I think I like that better. Bought some new tile today to put a backsplash on the kitchen sink. It is a little more creative than just the dull painting.

Hi Erik,

OK cool. Thanks for that offer to take it over! There are so many new links available all the time, about one per week, and so the site may need a little restructuring.

Yep it would be shame if it went to a solar site, even though solar is the future, algae still has a role to play in letting ppl see how the oil was formed way back in the Jurassic period.

Ill get you a password real soon. Just like we discussed previously, it'd be best if the city changes to Minnesota, and no mention of Adelaide.

Not alot of sunlight in Minnesota, but thats OK, its a concepot site. There are no algae growing in Adelaide either!!! When it happens it will be in places like Queensland and Baja California, where there is ready access to seawater, land, and sunlight. The fourth key ingredient is CO2, sites need to have coal-fired power stations nearby. The industry does not work at all without CO2, and seawater, no matter what anyone says. I can explain further after we do the handover.

Thanks again, and best till real soon,

-Bob

Erik, I may make the algae site into a solar site instead. Its not professional for me to run it. It attracts attention to my competition here in town, which increases their funding attractiveness.

Would you like to have it and redo it? Or should I convert it over to solar?

My algae work is going pretty well now, but approaching the crunch where we need to overtake the competition in town with respect to media attention.

Thanks Erik, yeah I have had an interview of sorts with the country's leading algal biofuels group (back in Adelaide). They wont know for a month yet whether the fed govt granted them the money, but if so then I'll have job. May need to apply for othere things as backups. Also a French group is visiting me in July concerning algal biofuels. So I'm still remaining hopeful.

Wish I had a stable job like you though, and could live with my family right now.!!!

Hi Erik just stoppping by to say HI and see if you had any new blogs up! I always look forward to them. And by the way the 7 year itch is not necessarily what you said, but in fact has some basis in fact with the human emotional lifecycle!

Oh yeah sure!! We could adjust the triangle Erik! Im thinking of adjusting all my sites, its a whole new era for me.

My wife Ani even wants to buy new furniture, if only we can stop the dog from eating it all, like he did with this lot of furniture...
LOL

Our 'clean CO2' provisional patent should be in within two to three months. Its true green technology, should make quite an impact I'd say, I hope so..
:D

Which work are you headed back to Erik, the Uni or the other...?
