We have been influenced by every good musician/singer/songwriter along a LONG musical path starting around 1963 and our style emerged as a result of it all...We were all road musicians for MANY years,playing all over the US...The Resonators formed in 1998 and have been having a ball ever since. It is rare that a band can play purely for the joy of making music without financial and other distractions...We write original music from the heart......
As you may know, I am in a contest sponsored by Patricia and her son Dustin. By advertising this contest through myspace we are all helping to bring awareness about Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. I had never heard of it until I met Patricia & Dustin. After learning about it, I know you'll understand why we need to get the word out.
As far as the contest goes, I am honored to say that I made it into the top 6, and I heard there were originally 2000 artists. The contest ends this Thursday, July 31st, at midnight. I could use your help in maintaining my 4th place position, or even better....moving up into a higher placement!
