About me:
BIG SMASH! MUSIC SCENE is a monthly series devoted entirely to films about music that takes place in various venues around Winnipeg.
From Canadian premieres to classic rock-docs and obscure compilations, from punk and prog to free-jazz and country, The Big Smash! Music Scene has something for every inclination.
The original BIG SMASH! was a 5-day film festival that happened in Vancouver in April 2006 with Wreckless Eric and Paul Williams in person. All Big Smash! events are curated by Kier-La Janisse.
