Will "Big Willy" Rideoutt: guitar and vocals
Eric "Rhythm Doctor" Payne: drums and vocals
"Super Size" Will Metz: sax
"King" James Norris: bass
Influences
The four members of the band come from very diverse backgrounds and bring a wide range of musical influences ranging from extremely heavy metal to moderately heavy metal. Oh, and the saxophone player has a doo-wop album somewhere. More than anything, though, we are influenced by our friends and peers that we see and play with all over town.
Sounds Like
Sounds like good ol' American music. Rooted heavily in the blues, but with a solid dose of old-school rock to keep things interesting. Check us out for a better idea.
I met King James about five years ago, and I knew immediately that one day people would mistakenly address him as Big Willy on a MySpace site. Super Size and I have known each other for almost the same amount of time and we have always agreed that he will probably be the one who kills me in the end. As for Eric Payne, I can't think of a bad thing to say about him, so I'll just leave it at that. As far as the music we play and a description of it, I like to refer to it as American music. I'm not saying we play "Born In the USA" or "Little Pink Houses", but that we play Blues, Soul and Old Rock N Roll. Pretty much any style that is considered to be from America. We enjoy what we do and we hope you enjoy it too. So gentle reader, I close by quoting the Rev,"Party!...Get Naked!!...Buy us Beer!"
