My goal is to communicate the most important thing in the game of life is exercise. Love oneself, only then can you amore others. Bicycle Laws are Criminal. Putting cyclists all over America in Danger. Laws are out of touch leaving bikers at risk for their safety. A car is a 4000lb bullet passing a cyclist whos bike probably weighs 15-25 pounds. If you are driving a car at 20 M.P.H. and there is another car behind you, this car is by law is supposed to be 2 car lenghts back or 25-30 feet back from your rear bumper. Unbelievably a bicycle does not have the same rights. In fact a car can legally come within 3 feet of your back bicycle tire while you are riding at a speed of 20 M.P.H.. I say Proposterous! The car should be forced to go around the bicycle just as if it were you were an automobile. In fact there should be serious laws protecting a vulnerable cyclist. But my peers see it different. They have forgotton what fun it is for a child to ride their BMX or Mountain bike back & forth to School. Kidnappings are rampant. Yah right oh weak ones. Stand up my old weak peers. Make Bicycles the #1 means of transportation for the future of Tulsa Oklahoma's reputation, health & the future of our economy.. . I told you Tulsa 9 years ago. We should be the Bicycle Capital of the World. We could have millions of tourists riding their cycles around town. You Gotta change the out dated Laws that still protect the Automobile. A bike is the way to achieve joy in your life. Take for example Robin Williams, Tom Cruise, Jerry Steinfeld, Conan O'brian, so many other celebrities ride bicycles to roll back the hands of time Bicycle laws are 100 years old and it is time for all eyes to open and see the future benefits of cycling as a legidimate form and respected means of transportation for everyone. Bicycle laws in Oklahoma are ignorant. Having absolutly no respect for a cyclist is outragious. A small percentage of motorists regard Bicyclist as anothing but anuisance.
