BikerFox Idol is a vision created by the one and only BikerFox. The contest is meant to bring out the best competition in folks that have a thirst for writing and singing songs. It is the first contest ever to promote a song for BikerFox's second DVD. The first place winner will get an unbelievable $5000 in cash. Second and third place will get $2000 and $1000 respectively. On August 11th, 2008 a motorcycle rider and racer was involved in a car vs bike accident. Mark Asbury was traveling at 40 mph on the way to work when a car pulled out from a parking lot. He struck the side of the car and flip over the roof landing in the median of the street. He suffered 8 fractures to the pelvis, a broken leg, a broken wrist, and a lacerated testicle. He is now in rehab recovering. He will not be able to walk for 3 months. He has insurance but he is not able to work so he has no income to pay current bills. Fox, thanks for the righteous addition. As far as the contest goes, The Misprints hit first and hit hard with a really well produced, and craftily written ode to our favorite BikingFox. Its gonna be really hard to vote on this though....unlike the last two elections for Prez. Obviously everone's going to vote for the guy who refers to himself as 'The Decider'. The guy bellow me understands...ya know the guy who posted that rediculously long, and unfounded justification for war. Keep thinking with your gut, bro.
Keep up the good, honorable work musicians! Your songs are all real good....I think the winner should become Bikerfox's "traveling theme music". The Bikerfox hip-hop song might be the best for that purpose.
