Welcome to Bill Bruford's official Myspace site. Bill's remarkable journey in music began in 1968 and continues to this day.

A legend in rock music for his work with Yes and King Crimson and many more, his talents as a jazz musician and composer have been applauded through his work with great players such as Michiel Borstlap, Ralph Towner, Tim Garland, Chris Botti, Django Bates, Iain Ballamy and his Earthworks group in all its incarnations. No matter what style or genre he works in Bill's playing remains adventurous, ambitious and accessible.

The first time I seen you in concert was with Yes back in 1971 (I believe) when Yes opened up for Emerson, Lake & Palmer at the Auditorium Theatre in Chicago. If memory serves me, that was on Yes' first tour of the states after "Your Move" hit it big on the radio. You have been one of my musical idols for the better part of my life.
