Quantcast ****This is a Street Team For Bill Gentry and the 35 Cent Rodeo. While Bill is aware that this page is up and running, he does NOT have anything to do with its daily operation****We are proud to announce that we've been given permission to add Bill's debut single to our page which is scheduled to be released to radio in the coming weeks. Bill's debut album "Countrified" is due out sometime early this fall. We have updated our page to include some exciting new stuff. We now have new Youtube videos and new tracks on our page courtesy of Bill's Reverbnation page. Check it all out and let us know what you think!

You may or may not know why we've established this page. One of my fellow street team managers posted this in a bulletin. Here is an explanation: A Street Team is essentially a group of volunteers, usually an artists die-hard fans who want to support and see their artist rise to the very top. The members of a Street Team are motivated to help the artist sell CDs, increase the artists fanbase and enhance the artists present stature as an artist. In a nutshell, the members are there to help move the artist up a few rungs on that success ladder without invoicing the hours they put in! Implementing a Street Team is therefore something an artist HAS to capitalize on if they want to utilize every promotional opportunity and increase their visibility as an artist. Traditionally, Street Teamers will spread the word about an artist in order to bring business to the artist they are representing.

About me:

BILL GENTRY WANTS WHAT YOU WANT Bill Gentry is already an underground country music star across the Southeast with an electrifying stage show described as “Springsteen channeled through Alan Jackson.” Now comes his long-awaited debut single, “I WANT WHAT YOU WANT,” that is going to take his music nationwide. ‘I Want What You Want” is the perfect introduction to Bill Gentry, a revved up and rocking celebration of traditional country values. The single is the first glimpse of “COUNTRIFIED,” the upcoming album that was produced in Nashville by Garth Fundis, renowned for his work with Keith Whitley, Sugarland, Trisha Yearwood, Alabama and Don Williams. “I’ve never made a record like this before,” Fundis says. “It’s special because of Bill’s energy and his understanding of who he is as an artist. We set the bar high and didn’t compromise. I’m very proud of this record.” The dream of being a country music singer is rooted in Bill Gentry’s past. He grew up on a cattle farm in Carrollton, Ga., about 15 miles north of Alan Jackson’s hometown. Over the last decade, he has honed his stagecraft as he performed for more than a million fans and built a devoted following. “Right now is when country music should be most alive,” Gentry says. “Country has always been about the common man, and we’re all struggling right now. I want my music to speak to them, in a way that embraces the roots and values of America.” Bill plans a heavy schedule of concerts across the country over the next year. Bill Gentry has arrived, and his calling card is an album that is being greeted by insiders as one of the best records of the year. In the words of the title track, get ready to be Countrified!

    Hello

Just a reminder of the compilation CD that's due to be released to radio stations soon... Be sure to request "Angel Kisses" by "Delores Hershey" when calling your local radio stations...

Plus “Loving You All Over Again” was selected by Spotlight Records and will be recorded by new country artist Todd Berry.  His CD will be released in the spring.

You’ll find Delores Hershey and Todd Berry both in my top friends.  I hope you’ll take time to listen to there AWESOME voices and add them.

Thank you so much and I wish you a wonderful day!! :)
