Looks like a new band project has come up, it's gonna be straight ahead loud Rock & Roll called 5 Car Pileup. I'm gonna play guitar, lap steel and do some vocals. A band tends to keep one young and I can use all of that I can come by.-------------------A little info about the songs I have up on here.--------- Museic was a solo keyboard instrumental by a buddy Mike Silveus. We met when we were part of a Yes tribute band. I had Mike record the basic keyboard part on my multitrack and then I added Vocals, Bass, Drums, a Moog solo, a Lap Steel solo, an Electric Sitar solo, and a couple electric guitar solos at the end. The songs lyrics are about my Love of Music. To me Music is it's own Muse. ---------Night Lights is a 12 string instrumental with some Leo Kottke and Peter Lang influences.
Influences
Steve Howe, Jeff Beck, Jimi Hendrix, Neil Young, Chris Whitley, Leo Kottke, Peter Lang, Jimmy Page, Yes, Cactus, Kings X, Zepplin, Cream, well you get the point. I dig guitar oriented Classic Rock & Acoustic Music.
