He has six EP releases on his own label Sol*Selectas and a full length album "Global warmbeats" (2008 Irma Records, Italy), with production partner Zeb . From Brazilian to Afrobeat, Disco to Reggae, Hip Hop to Dub, Miami Bass to House, Latin to Techno, Sabo is known to be locked into each style as if it were the only thing he's been spinning for the past 10 years, and he flows seamlessly from one genre to the next. He's been a special guest at Turntables on the Hudson parties for the last 5 years, works at the Turntable Lab NY store, and was nominated to URB magazine's Annual 'Next 100' in 2006. Roots of Creation bring their unique blend of Reggae, Dub, Electronica Rock back to the 'Good Life' to get y'all to 'Rise Up' and get loose at Knickerbockers in Lincoln on Saturday Night March 28th. With well deserved comparisons from everyone from Sublime to Phish, the one thing you need to know is these guys simply rule and we couldn't be more excited to welcome them back to the area, especially on a Saturday Night! If you missed them the last time, you won't want to make this mistake again. This talented group of gentlemen will have you movin' and groovin'.... CONFIRMED!
Admission for this 18 and Over event is only $7 at the door! Lincoln's own reggae/dub masters VibeNhai will be on hand to get the crowd fired up in anticipation for Roots of Creation. This will be a groovy Saturday Night that will surely get everyone ready for Spring and all things Green! We look forward to seeing you all at the show!
