Bio: Lane Wyrick graduated from Film School at the University of Iowa in 1990, then spent four years learning the craft of professional production in Los Angeles.
He returned to his hometown of Iowa City in 1995 to form Xap Interactive Inc., to create original, inspired productions including feature length documentaries & films.
His first documentary short, "The Nazi Drawings" won numerous awards, and he now recently completed his first feature length documentary "A Friend Indeed - The Bill Sackter Story" which brings to life the real Bill Sackter, using photos, film & video footage of Bill and interviews with those closest to him.
Wyrick also created a stunningly visual tour of nature on DVD. The production called "XapVision Nature Scenes" is an incredible DVD featuring nearly three hours of scenes and sounds of nature that he produced over a three year time period, while he was working on the Bill Sackter documentary.
