Billy Matheny is a singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist who parks his van in Morgantown, WV and, in the case of this bio, writes about himself in third-person. When not seated at the piano bench for Misra recording artists Southeast Engine, one can find him fronting his group, Billy Matheny & The Frustrations or playing bass for the garage rock stalwarts, Moon.
