Billy Whizz have been together in various forms since 1993. Their record releases include: "Boxed e.p.", "Punk Rocket e.p." (a hit with John Peel), "Alton Towers e.p.", "BBC/Animal Vegetable Mineral" single and "Sasquatch / Shellsuit Mothers" single. They've played with loads of great bands over the years including their heroes The Buzzcocks. They provided the theme tune to Sky Sports motor-racing show "Legends Motorsport". The current line-up is: Jon Hickey - rhythm guitar & vocals Rob Clark - lead guitar Jon Fox - bass & vocals Kev Jarvis - drums & vocals Managed by the elusive Derek Emotion. Billy Whizz have been together in various forms since the mid-nineties. Their record releases include: "Boxed e.p.", "Punk Rocket e.p." (as featured on the John Peel show!), "Alton Towers e.p." and "BBC/Animal Vegetable Mineral" single. The Whizzers have supported many top bands, The Buzzcocks and Wilko Johnson being recent highlights. They have also provided the theme tune to Sky Sports top car-racing thing "Legends Motorsport".
