About me:

Welcome to Biloxi Roller Derby, LLC!!!
The Coast & the Southeast's FIRST Co-Ed Roller Derby league AND the ONLY Co-Ed league to have a Junior Division!!


Our founding members are Biloxi born and bred, Coast natives through and through, and we are excited at the many opportunities that lie ahead for everyone on the Coast that loves roller derby!!!! Our league members live all across the Mississippi Gulf Coast - We're proud to call the Gulf Coast home!

We love our Coast, our culture, our beaches, and the strength of the all of those who live along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. With everything the men and women of the Coast have to offer we know the possibilities are ENDLESS!!!

If you've heard about the revival of flat track roller derby over the past several years, you might be surprised to see BRD has a men's division - and teens. Yes, Biloxi Roller Derby includes the traditional (or not so traditional) Women's Division associated with the resurgence of roller derby into popular culture; however BRD - based in Biloxi at the Harrison County Skate Park - is helping the sport return to its roots with our Men's Division! We are currently the only derby league offering derby to men in the state - AND we were the first in Southeast! But no more! Men returning to derby is the new wave - and there are fledgling men's leagues taking root in the deep south!

We also include a Junior Division, ages 14-18, so kids across the Coast can get in on this awesome game!

Who I'd like to meet:

.. We are currently looking for men and women, 18+ and older who are interested in both playing and officiating roller derby. Not old enough to play on the adult leagues? That's OK because we need teens ages 14-18 to play in our Junior division!! We are an equal opportunity league open to the the talents and skills that everyone can bring to the table. We are also in need of volunteers!! Age, sex, race, disabilities - none of these apply. What does apply is heart - a heart for derby and the love of the sport!

Of course we are always looking for experienced skaters (quads - though referees can wear inlines - some officiating positions do not require skating). However, if you're rusty - or maybe you just never learned to skate at all - you're still very much welcome! We have an excellent Coaching Staff and a great group of people ready and willing to help you learn how to skate - and then learn how to play derby! Interested? Message us for more details!
