About me:
My interests are varied like most elder wizards. I practice Chaos and eclectic magick, train less experienced magick users to the Adept level, and create servitors and egregores. To assist in doing this I write articles for two publications, Open Ways and Widdershins, own four e-lists, one on yahoo and three on tribe.net and moderate three others as well as being a POSTING member on several others (people who don't contribute or participate are surplus population). I am also involved with a wiki which is a web site people can post to or edit. As for personality I support my own people diligently, am fairly outgoing, and tend to be more logical than emotional being interested in general semantics. On the other hand do not meddle in the affairs of wizards as they are subtle and dangerous when angered.
Who I'd like to meet:
People who DO magick! People who participate in the natural sciences, in particular herpetology (Ecological slogan posters will be turned into frogs and fed to my snakes), Science fiction readers and writers, and people who are knowledgeable in the area of military history.

Those Scientists are lying again, saying hackers skewed the emails.  Well, what these morons don't know--or maybe they do--is that you can actually take the email headers and confirm or refute whether or not that email was the actual original email sent, or whether it was tampered with.

Of course not, he is an insecure, American man.  We both know that insecure, American men never admit when they are wrong.  But, after W, the people may start to see through this facade of confidence and the visage of dignity, in both cases lacking in substance.

Lou Dobbs had a contract with CNN so that he could say what he wanted to say.  CNN has been trying to can him for a long time, I guess they finally bought him out--the contractual buyout was exceedingly high.  I'm not sure if Dobbs caved.  The Mexican Mafia put a bullet in his house, just a few feet from his wife.  That is the kind of country we are living in.

Murdoch owns MySpaz too.  All this will do is make their publications even more irrelevant. 

News Corp chairman Rupert Murdoch has suggested the company’s online
newspaper pages will be invisible to Google users when it launches its
new paid content strategy.
He claimed that readers who randomly reach a page via an internet search hold little value to advertisers.

When asked by Sky News Australia’s political editor David Speers why
News Corp has not stopped Google from finding its content, Mr Murdoch
replied: “I think we will.”

WTF?   Drivers, households and holidaymakers should be hit with a carbon tax
to tackle global warming, the head of the Environment Agency will say
today.
Lord Smith, the former culture secretary, wants to see personal
carbon allowances for individuals to cut greenhouse gases by penalising
people for using too much fuel.

Every time someone used their car, took a flight or turned their central heating on, their personal allowance would go down.

If it hit zero, they would have to pay to get more carbon credits.
