Meeting New People:
The world is full of people that I have not met. I want to change that. There is no such thing as having too much money or too many friends. Unfortunately I am a bit shy, so fulfilling this interest is a bit difficult.

Dance Dance Revolution
I stared player DDR a few years ago just to get a bit of exercise. Now I am fanatical about the game. I play every day on my home setup. Anyone who wants a DDR partner or competitor, just email me.

Blogging:
I keep a blog at binhqx.com. I try to find something to write about every day. It is just a completion of the things and events I encounter in day to day life. Pleases forgive the quality of the spelling and grammar. Written language is not one of my strengths.

Cooking and Baking:
I love to cook. When I got my own place last summer, I barely knew my way around the kitchen. Eventually I got tired of take-out and pizza. I had to learn to cook for myself. Now I am always looking for new and exciting recipes to try. Particularity, I enjoy cooking and baking with friends.

Anything Geeky:
Video games (all kinds), comic books, cult movies, anime, manga, Star Trek, Transformer, Star Wars, Sci-Fi, D&D, Magic, Tolkien, World of Warcraft; is just the short list of geeky pleasures that I occasionally indulge in. The real list is a lot longer, but I do not want to start any "Geekier than thou!" wars.

Computer Aided Art:
I am into learning and developing technology that allows artists to express themselves. This includes visual arts of digital photography and photo manipulation, 3D modeling, digital canvases, animation, etc. Or auditory art using synthesizers, sequencers, samplers, digital instruments, etc. Or any combination to form interactive or non-interactive multimedia.

Understanding The Human Condition:
I study the most complex and dangerous life form on this planet, human beings. I am a student of humanity, I have been for a long time. Not just because I am one, but because they are such a puzzlement. Humanity is capable of beautiful art and vast understanding, but they are also brutish and self destructive. How one species with no communication barriers can maintain this level of diversity is astounding. This apparent contradiction can be seen down down to a single individual. A mass murderer can also be a family man and a accomplished artiest.
Why this happens is just as a important question as why we exists at all. Perhaps if I watch them long enough, I will someday glean understanding from them...
